What Deluxe actually adds
The official editions page and Steam extras name six legendary vehicles: Concorde, London Bus, Trans-Europe Express / Trans-Europ-Express, Peterbilt 359, Hong Kong Tram and Sikorsky S-76 Spirit. Those sit on top of the base roster rather than replacing a class. Landmarks added in Deluxe are the Eiffel Tower and the Taj Mahal; Standard already uses landmarks as company showpieces, so these are extra models, not a new system.
Four Deluxe animals are placed by climate in Urban Games: a boar family in temperate country, bison on dry grassland, a Komodo dragon in the tropics and an orca in the new subarctic region. Three handcrafted maps, Tycoon Cars, Fun Elements and Franchise Soundtracks round out the digital extras. None of those packs have published per-vehicle stats, top speeds and capacities are unpublished.
If you only want one extra flyer or tram, Deluxe is still a bundle: Urban Games does not sell those six vehicles as separate DLC in the launch SKU list. Collector's includes the Deluxe key, so buying both digital Deluxe and the box would duplicate the vehicle pack.

Collector's Edition is physical. The first production batch is limited to 10,000 units through the official merch shop at shop.transportfever3.com, not as a Steam package. Contents listed by Urban Games include a 13 cm hero statue, a 200-page artbook, a quartet card game, stickers, a keychain, a poster, a soundtrack music box and a thank-you card, plus the Deluxe digital key. Console Collector's pricing in the RDA note is the same $119.99 / €119.99 as PC.
Transport Fever 2 owners get 10 percent off Standard and Deluxe on the same platform until 14 days after release. The discount is not described as stacking on Collector's in the official FAQ. Check the storefront you actually own TF2 on: a Steam TF2 copy does not automatically cut the PlayStation Deluxe price.
Pre-order bonuses are shared: TS Queen Mary (a ship), the Great Pyramid (a landmark) and an Asian elephant. They attach to Standard, Deluxe and Collector's if you buy before 29 September 2026. After that date the pack is not listed as a permanent Deluxe extra.
A practical pick
Buy Standard if you want the 1900–2030s sandbox, the four climates, helicopters and cargo trams, and you will take the Queen Mary pack by pre-ordering. The $15 digital gap to Deluxe is the six legendary vehicles, two landmarks, four animals and three maps. Buy Deluxe if those named models are the reason you are here; do not expect a separate stats sheet for Concorde on day one.
Buy Collector's only if you want the physical objects. The gameplay payload is Deluxe. The 10,000-unit first batch is the scarcity field, not a second digital roster. Loyalty buyers should price Standard or Deluxe with the 10 percent cut.
For platform availability, Standard and Deluxe are the SKUs listed on Steam, GOG, PlayStation and Xbox. Epic Games Store is named on the official FAQ; its product HTML was blocked without a login without a store login, so no Epic price is quoted an Epic price. Does Deluxe replace Standard's vehicle roster?
No. Deluxe adds six named legendary vehicles, two landmarks, four animals and three maps on top of the base game. Urban Games still describes the base roster as 275+ on Steam and more than 300 on the official FAQ. You do not lose helicopters, cargo trams or the four climates by staying on Standard.
Is the pre-order pack part of Deluxe forever?
The official editions and Steam pages attach TS Queen Mary, the Great Pyramid and the Asian elephant to pre-orders, not to the permanent Deluxe list. After 29 September 2026 those three extras are not described as a standing Deluxe bonus. Deluxe's lasting extras are the six vehicles, landmarks, animals, maps and the named extra packs.
